Presented by Edmond Joe, DTM

This interactive session teaches you how to easily create a Toastmasters speech – all in 12 minutes. Eliminate Toastmasters meetings where there are no prepared speeches.

❖ CLUB SUCCESS PLAN

Presented by Narayanan Doraswamy, DTM

Benjamin Franklin said, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!” Does your Club have a Club Success Plan? Why is it important to have a Club Success Plan for your Club? Come learn a simple way to develop and easily track your Club Success Plan so your Club can be Distinguished or better before June 30, 2022.

❖ HOW TO BECOME A PATHWAYS MENTOR

Presented by Marie Barnes, DTM

This one-hour training will motivate and inspire participants to enroll in the Pathways Mentoring Program. The training will be interactive and informative. We will review the Pathways Mentoring Program forms and conclude with a Q & A portion.

❖ PATHWAYS 101

Presented by Thomas Finley, DTM

This Pathways 101 TLI session explores the fundamentals of Toastmasters’ robust and modern education program. Some of the topics covered will include Base Camp core features to choosing a Path to complete a project and the level approval process. Be prepared to enhance your knowledge of Pathways and further your Toastmasters goal.

The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award represents the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmasters. This interactive session covers all elements on the path to DTM under the Pathways Program including the following:

• Education (complete 2 paths)

• Club Leadership

• Club Sponsorship, Youth Leadership or Speechcraft Workshop

• District Leadership

• Club Mentor or Coach

• The DTM Project

Along with the time commitment, the skills you will gain, and how to plan your personal path to DTM.

❖ GET THE WORD OUT

Get the Word Out is a session on promoting your club’s great meetings, events, and members’ accomplishments. We will discuss the What, Why, Who, When, How, and Where to get the word out successfully and share available resources.

❖ PATHWAYS FOR BASE CAMP MANAGERS

Presented by Chalese Gilmore, DTM

This online demonstration session is geared to Club Presidents, Vice-President Educations, and Secretaries and will cover Base Camp duties, including tracking members’ progress, as well as approving and submitting educational awards.
