Edmond Joe is a dynamic Toastmasters leader and educator known for his creativity and clarity in public speaking. As VP Membership of PMIWDC#01 and VP Education of the
Library of Congress Toastmasters clubs, Edmond fosters excellence and inclusion. He created this fast-paced, interactive workshop while teaching school-age children the
fundamentals of public speaking. In 2025, Edmond was honored as an invited speaker at Toastmasters International Convention.
