District 29 Council Meeting – Virtual

The District Council consists of the District Executive Committee with includes the District Core team, Division Directors and Area Directors plus Club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education. Only the Club Presidents and VPs Education count toward the quorum. We need at least 86 Club Presidents and VPs Education to attend our virtual meeting to achieve a quorum so we can conduct business.  Please make the best effort to join in so we can count you towards the quorum so we can move forward briskly with district affairs. The District Council representatives were sent an invitation to a Zoom meeting which includes the agenda.  Be on the lookout for this invitation as you will be required to register for this important virtual meeting so we can count you towards our quorum requirement. Please feel free to view or download the 2018 District Council Delegates Package. Q&A for District Council Delegates. Thank you again for taking your officer responsibility seriously. You are an important member of the District 29 leadership team and we need to work together to make our district strong and sustainable.
