District 29 Toastmasters invites members to attend an online Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, August 11 at 7pm Eastern via Zoom. The registration link is: bit.ly/D29TOWNHALL This will be an opportunity to hear about the District’s plans and activities from the District 29 senior leadership team – District Director Rick Taylor, DTM, Program Quality Director Chalese Gilmore, DTM, Club Growth Director Paula Green, DTM, and Public Relations Manager Edmond Joe, DTM. The Town Hall will include an overview of the Toastmasters International Officer and Director candidates who are running for elected office at the Annual Business Meeting. The District Trio interviewed all candidates and will be sharing their perspectives. The Town Hall will also include an overview of the 12 policy proposals to be voted on during the Annual Business Meeting. Members who have opinions on these proposals are strongly encouraged to attend and voice their perspectives.
