Toast of Tysons Corner 50th Anniversary Club Open House Wednesday, August 16th from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM Would you like to improve your public speaking and leadership skills? Come to our open house celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Toast of Tysons Corner! The event will be held at the MITRE Corporation in Tysons Corner (MITRE 4 – Room 1J211). Pizza, cake, and soda will be provided! This will also be a potluck, so if you want to, please bring something to share. Chopawamsic Toastmasters 62nd Anniversary Open House

Celebrate 62 years with the Chopawamsic Toastmasters Club charted at Quantico Marine Base at an Open House on September 26 at 5:30 PM to develop public speaking and leadership skills!

Geographically Speaking Celebration (Restricted Access)

Attendance Restrictions: NGA civilians, military, and contractor support are welcome to visit us at the Kick-off. Visiting members of the IC, as well. Club Membership is open to any of these groups, depending on supervisor approvals. Contractors follow the appropriate rules to participate. (Other info optional) •     Who: Geographically Speaking Toastmasters Club (Club #3660) •     When: October 2nd (Monday) from 12-2pm EST •     Where: Arthur Lundahl Conference Center (NGA - Washington Campus) at the Executive Conf. Room (E16066) •     Why: In addition to celebrating the 60 years that this Geographically Speaking Toastmasters Club has existed, we intend to promote Toastmasters to the NGA workforce as an opportunity to grow their speaking & leadership skills. We will have various speakers & Toastmasters leadership discussing personal development through Toastmasters, the history of the club, and ways to get involved. o     Mission: The mission of a Toastmaster Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth. •     Attendance Restrictions: NGA civilians, military, and contractor support are welcome to visit us at the Kick-off.
