Attendees will gain an opportunity to:

• Learn how to be an effective contest judge and ensure a great experience for contestants
• Gain an awareness of biases and other obstacles that prevent effective judging
• Understand the differences between judging vs. evaluating, and what to look for when serving as a judge.
