New members generally get left to their own devices once they have been signed up. There are myriad websites to navigate including toastmasters.org, FreeToastHost district websites etc. each offering different things to the new members. Plus, they need to be oriented to the club culture and way of doing things. This is an activity where the ball gets dropped in Toastmasters. Attend this hands-on workshop to learn how to set up your new members to be successful Toastmasters.

Additionally, we will take a look at using social media as a means to attract new members and keep current members engaged.
