DISTRICT 29 TOASTMASTERS’ SUNDAY SOCIALS RETURN SEPTEMBER. 12TH 3:30PM – 6:00PM EST Register at: bit.ly/TM_JUDGING PRESENTING THIS FIRST SUNDAY SOCIAL IS NARAYANAN DORASWAMY, DTM: “EFFECTIVE SPEECH CONTEST JUDGING” Attendees will gain an opportunity to: Learn how to be an effective contest judge and ensure a great experience for contestants Gain an awareness of biases and other obstacles that prevent effective judging Understand the differences between judging vs. evaluating, and what to look for when serving as a judge.
